Network Operation and Maintenance Engineer-Stability Direction

1. Participate in the construction and maintenance of ByteDance's global backbone network and data center network, and continue to optimize it 2. Responsible for the design of ultra-large-scale network cluster monitoring platforms and automation platforms, continuously improve network management and control capabilities, and improve fault handling efficiency 3. Responsible for sorting out and controlling ByteDance's network capacity, risks and plans, and reducing the probability of network failures 4. Design and lead the Byte Network operation and maintenance system, and continuously improve network stability and daily work efficiency through process optimization, platform optimization and other ideas.

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer or communication related majors 2. Familiar with TCP/IP, BGP, Vxlan and other protocols, proficient in using various mainstream network monitoring and operation and maintenance systems, proficient in using one of the programming languages such as Python, Shell, Java, PHP, etc. for development work 3. Self-motivated, with good communication and teamwork skills 4. Have strong practical operation ability and the ability to analyze and solve complex problems 5. Priority will be given to those with experience in large-scale network construction and maintenance for Internet companies or experience in equipment manufacturers.
