Job Description

Qualification requirements:
Degree holder in engineering, information technology or related major.
At least three to five years of IT support and firewall related experience.
Those who hold security system or network professional certifications, Huawei HCIE, or Cisco CCIE are preferred
Those who are familiar with the following products are preferred: Huawei, H3C, Cisco, Sangfor, LogEasy and Shanshi Network Technology
Understand information security management and automation tools (such as Python, Ansible)
Experience in participating in large-scale firewall or network deployment/migration projects is a plus
Be willing to learn, work hard, have strong organizational skills, and have a team spirit.
Ability to communicate both written and verbally in Cantonese and English.

Work content:
Achieve customer requirements to design, plan and deploy enterprise firewall or network architecture
Installation, setting, maintenance and upgrade of network or firewall equipment
Implement information security measures, including network security, permission control, intrusion detection, firewall rules, etc.
Document writing and network topology maintenance, including network specifications, operating procedures, service records
Technical support and cross-department cooperation to assist IT Solve network-related issues with the team and external customers
Go to customer sites to perform temporary work if necessary.
Assist managers in completing assigned tasks.
