Network hardware quality engineer-optical direction

Responsible for the quality of each stage of network hardware products and achieve quality goals 2. Lead the handling of network hardware quality problems, ensure the progress of problem solving, quality resolution, output, and promote the implementation of optimal solutions, and form a technical and management-side improvement mechanism through review 3. Lead the production quality of suppliers, promote the establishment of supplier quality management processes, and ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of quality goals and quality standards through quarterly review, quality audit and other operations 4. Identify product delivery quality risks, actively plan and carry out quality special activities, ensure the controllable risks on the application side, and achieve business side satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, with experience in network hardware R&D quality/shipment quality/business line quality/operation and maintenance 2. Experience in circuit design, optical path design, system debugging, power supply and signal integrity, thermal design, certification, etc. 3. Familiar with switches or optical modules, with corresponding R&D/test/fault positioning and analysis experience 4. Good communication skills, clear logic, fast learning ability, strong execution ability, and project management ability.
