Job Description
- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN network infrastructure (Routing, Switching, VLAN, DNS, DHCP).
- Implement and optimize enterprise routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- Collaborate with global IT teams on SD-WAN and NAC rollout projects.
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds or Wireshark.
- Conduct RCA and maintain clear network documentation.
- Provide on-call support and coordinate with security and plant IT teams.
The Successful Applicant
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise network operations.
- Solid hands-on experience with Cisco or similar network devices.
- Familiar with OSPF / BGP and network monitoring tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- English proficiency for global collaboration.
- (Plus) Experience with SD-WAN, NAC, or automation (Python / PowerShell).
