About the Role

We are looking for a System Consultant with NetSuite technical development and system integration capabilities to join our PMO team. You will be responsible for customized development requirements, process automation, and cross-system integration for the company's core systems, helping improve operational efficiency and system stability. You will play a key role as a system consultant for the company's ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities

1.NetSuite Customization

• Develop customized functions using SuiteScript 1.0 / 2.0 / 2.1.
• Develop customized reports, Saved Searches, and Workflow automation.

2.System Integration

• Plan and implement integration solutions between NetSuite and external systems (e.g., OA, Helios, BI, or other systems).

3.System Optimization & Maintenance

• Optimize existing processes and perform system performance tuning.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Support UAT and maintain system stability after go-live.

4.Technical Governance & Collaboration

• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and development standards.
• Assist in establishing version control (Git) and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Finance, and IT teams to ensure requirements are accurately delivered.

What We're Looking For

1. At least 2 years of experience in NetSuite administration or development, with familiarity with the SuiteCloud platform.
2. Familiar with JavaScript and able to independently develop SuiteScript.
3. Understanding of basic financial logic (such as prepayments, recognition, and reconciliation).
