1. Supervise the multimedia marketing personnel under the jurisdiction to implement operating standards, pre-sales KYC assessment, confirm the suitability of sales products, sales process control, after-sales service, risk point assessment training and coordinate sales dispute cases.Work content:
1. Team performance goal setting and management
2. VFA manpower recruitment and determination
3. VFA sales quality control
4. Coaching VFA sales skills and sales process
5. Attendance and activity management
Requirements:
- University (college) degree or above, with personal insurance salesperson qualifications and investment or foreign currency policy sales qualifications
- At least two years of experience in selling financial products
- At least two years of face-to-face sales experience
- At least three years of relevant business management experience in the financial and insurance industry
