- Develop Should Cost for new & modified product line by applying the appropriate cost method.
- Evaluate engineering changes to establish cost saving for the change and identify the cost drivers for variable.
- Provide purchasing with support during supplier negotiations through analysis of suppliers price breakdown detail and should cost analysis.
- Periodic Supplier visits to maintain & improve internal know-how of manufacturing processes & best practices.
- Identify potential cost optimization opportunities and support company technical cost reduction activities.
- Cooperate with networking cost comparison analysis by working with other regions.
- Develop the cost structure for standardization plans.
