Job Description
- Provide technical support to customers and distributors across APAC
- Conduct product training and enhance technical capabilities of partners
- Perform system setup, servo tuning, and motion optimization on-site
- Deliver product demonstrations and support pre-sales technical discussions
- Troubleshoot system issues and drive root cause analysis
- Develop and implement customized motion solutions based on customer needs
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in motion control, automation, or semiconductor equipment industries
- Hands-on experience with servo systems, motion tuning, or system integration
- Solid understanding of control systems, motors, and drives
- Programming skills (Python / C / C++) for system integration or customization
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers
- Open to regional travel (30-35% across APAC)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
