Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Monitor Product Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for end-to-end product management of our monitor product line, driving product innovation, enhancing user experience, and supporting sustainable business growth.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Industrial Design (ID), Marketing, and Geo focal teams, to deliver high-quality, market‑competitive monitor products that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of monitor products, from concept definition, development, launch, to post-launch optimization.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements based on market trends, customer insights, and business priorities.
  • Partner closely with R&D and ID teams to translate user needs and market requirements into efficient and innovative product designs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Geo teams to support go-to-market strategies, pricing, positioning, and regional requirements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to ensure product competitiveness and differentiation.
  • Drive user experience optimization through continuous feedback collection, data analysis, and product iteration.
  • Support business growth by aligning product strategies with revenue, margin, and portfolio objectives.
  • Manage key stakeholders and ensure alignment across global and regional teams throughout the product development process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in monitors, displays, consumer electronics, or hardware products.
  • Strong understanding of hardware product development processes and lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Passion for product innovation, user experience, and technology trends.
