Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Module Operation Effectiveness Manager, is critical for driving operational efficiency, improving team productivity and optimizing resources within R&D module development use. The successful candidate will strategically plan and manage essential resources, streamline development cycles, and foster strong cross-functional collaboration to accelerate development cycle time. He/ She will also be responsible for enhancing team productivity, supporting R&D engineer in pass down tasks and improve/ Push on RD wafers cycle time and moves.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage critical resources (e.g., wafers, equipment, budget) to support module development needs.
2. Coordinate and execute resource allocation and project activities with external and internal partners.
3. Oversee the preparation and execution of demo wafers and chip samples preparation.
4. Drive efficiency improvements in development and production cycles.
5. Identify and implement workflow efficiency improvement to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
6. Lead and support a team of engineers, fostering their growth and performance.
7. Manage and setup specialized equipment recipes.
Job Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related Engineering discipline.
2. At least 10 years of experience in Fab manufacturing or planning roles is preferred.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills with the ability to manage engineers and technical teams.
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin speaking. Good listening and writing skills.
5. Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues.
