Mobile Performance Optimization Engineer - Feishu

1. Responsible for optimizing the quality experience of Feishu Hongmeng terminal, including but not limited to startup, fluency, resource usage, power consumption, etc., to create the ultimate office experience 2. Explore new technologies and implement them in the business, develop high-performance frameworks to solve problems systematically, and cooperate with manufacturers in depth for underlying optimization 3. Go deep into the business, promote the downgrading of the business on low-performance devices, and improve the refined experience for different groups of people.

1. Proficient in ArkTS/C++/Rust language, familiar with Hongmeng development technology 2. Familiar with Hongmeng system application framework and various system features, proficient in using performance analysis tools 3. Solid computer foundation, good programming habits and software engineering design capabilities, able to produce high-quality designs and codes 4. Have high enthusiasm for technology, strong self-motivation, good execution ability, good communication and collaboration skills and rigorous work attitude 5. Candidates with rich experience in client (Android/iOS) stability and performance optimization and problem-solving skills will be given priority.
