- Drive operational excellence and post-trade integrity for a dynamic financial markets portfolio
- Oversee daily trade processing and exception management across money market instruments, foreign exchange, derivatives, and complex structured products
- Direct the complete lifecycle management for structured instruments, ensuring precise execution of trade amendments and key events
- Monitor trade interfaces and data flow between enterprise platforms to resolve processing discrepancies promptly
- Conduct post-trade reconciliations for unmatched transactions while executing daily verification controls
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, technical teams, and internal business units to enhance operational workflows and support system testing
skills and experience required.
- Strong background in middle office operational support or trade management within a financial markets environment.
- Solid functional understanding of treasury instruments, OTC derivatives, and structured product lifecycles.
- Proven analytical capabilities in investigating trade discrepancies and cash exceptions in time-sensitive environments.
- Hands-on involvement in supporting system enhancements, change initiatives, or new product implementations.
- Excellent communication skills paired with advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications and reconciliation tools.
