Mergers and Acquisitions Director

This is a full-time remote role for a Mergers and Acquisitions Director. The Mergers and Acquisitions Director will be responsible for leading and executing all M&A activities, including identifying potential targets, conducting due diligence, negotiating terms, and integrating acquired companies. The role involves analyzing financial data, developing corporate strategies, and ensuring alignment with the company&aposs goals and regulatory compliance. Collaboration with various departments and stakeholders will be essential to drive successful transactions.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
• Experience in Due Diligence and Corporate Development
• Proficiency in managing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) processes
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) is a plus
• Experience in the biotechnology or healthcare industry is advantageous
