Exceptional project management skills, with proficiency in Agile or hybrid methodologies, system documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to support platform growth and optimization.
Strategic thinking to develop and execute growth strategies and explore new business opportunities through partnerships.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), to articulate technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Technical proficiency in payment systems, API integrations, and cloud-based platforms knowledge of Java, AWS, or similar is a plus.
Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
