Description & Requirements
Reporting to the Manager, E-commerce Buying & Merchandise Operations you will support in leading the execution of a product framework that will contribute to the strategy for our APAC digital platforms. Working with the buying team and Ecom partners you will contribute to creating a seamless and immersive online experience for the guest and sales growth for the channel. You will also support in identifying and driving the optimization of product efficiencies as well as the enhancement of process for the product team.
- Support in driving the global to regional calendar setup (activities, deliverables, tools & timing) that takes into consideration gates and milestones of the Global calendar as well as the APAC regional commitments and key deliverables.
- Support in the creation of an enhanced regional calendar with cross functional partners to ensure a 360, elevated guest experience.
- You proactively gather, analyze and drive insight from CRM and data insights that will support and influence future strategy as well as in the moment drive sales opportunities on the digital channels.
- Review and identify sales of digital platforms and combine with your own market knowledge to support in establishing a regional strategy that delivers upon our business priorities and guest commitments.
- Provide the Buying team with measurable and actionable feedback that supports our digital channels and enroll key cross functional partners.
- 5+ years experience in retail in a merchant or buying role
- Tertiary qualification preferably in business, commerce, fashion merchandising, or related field
- Strong understanding of merchandising operations & process
- Ability to identify and communicate business insights to cross functional partners and management
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Analytical, problem-solving & critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated confidence in creating new solutions to new problems.
- Skilled knowledge of analytical tools and BI reporting (i.e. Excel, Power-BI, PowerPoint), quick to learn new systems/applications
- Entrepreneurship - an ability to make decisions and take calculated risks.
- Focus on creating an extraordinary guest experience, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
