Role Summary
The Medical Marketing & Science Manager for the Mom & Baby Nutrition Business Unit acts as the strategic bridge between scientific research and healthcare market growth. This role drives product advocacy among Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) through evidence-based, data-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The Medical Marketing & Science Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic medical marketing plans to ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging. Key responsibilities include implementing medical initiatives, training the Medical Operations (MO) team, and engaging HCPs to strengthen endorsements and brand awareness. The role also oversees consumer education programs and optimizes PFME/resource allocation to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual and quarterly promotional roadmaps and high-impact projects to drive sustainable growth.
- HCP Engagement: Lead professional education initiatives across omnichannel platforms, including international congresses, symposia, and digital seminars, to build clinical advocacy.
- Content Development: Create evidence-based educational materials tailored for healthcare professionals and consumers.
- Thought Leadership: Manage physician-led marketing initiatives, including expert interviews, medical publications, and KOL-driven video content.
- Financial Management: Oversee PFME planning and control to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximize ROI.
- Team Training: Conduct specialized product and promotional training sessions to ensure team proficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align communication strategies and ensure seamless execution of integrated projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Nutrition, Food Science, and Life Science (Nutrition & Food Science preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical-related roles.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Registered Dietitian certification is a plus.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
