We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Medical Representative to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and will be responsible for promoting our products to healthcare professionals, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors and pharmacists.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate medical staff about the benefits of products.
• Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and market trends.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Participate in medical conferences and exhibitions to promote products and network with potential clients.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to understand and convey complex medical information clearly and concisely.
• Proven sales skills and a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry, products, and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
