Job Description

Lead Stack Media is one of the fastest-growing performance marketing and lead generation companies in the United States. We generate millions of consumer inquiries annually across personal loans, installment loans, tribal lending, auto finance, debt relief, insurance, and other financial products. Our network includes hundreds of publishers and lending partners, processing significant lead volumes every month.

We're looking for a highly driven media buying expert who knows how to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining strict ROI targets.

This is not a junior buyer role. We want someone who understands performance marketing at scale and can own customer acquisition across multiple channels.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns across multiple traffic sources.

You will work directly with senior leadership to identify new growth opportunities, improve funnel performance, and increase overall profitability.

This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to manage substantial monthly advertising budgets.

ResponsibilitiesTraffic Acquisition
  • Launch and scale profitable campaigns across:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Native Advertising
  • Display Networks
  • YouTube
  • Push Traffic
  • Emerging acquisition channels

Campaign Optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance daily
  • Improve CPA, CPL, EPC and ROI
  • Identify winning audiences, creatives and placements
  • Manage budget allocation across channels

Funnel Optimization
  • Work with product and development teams
  • Improve landing page conversion rates
  • Run A/B tests
  • Analyze customer journeys
  • Increase application completion rates

Data & Analytics
  • Analyze large performance datasets
  • Build actionable insights
  • Identify trends and scaling opportunities
  • Monitor attribution and tracking accuracy

Growth Strategy
  • Discover new traffic opportunities
  • Test new verticals
  • Develop scaling strategies
  • Identify competitive advantages
RequirementsMust Have
  • 3+ years media buying experience
  • Experience managing six-figure monthly ad budgets
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Tracking platforms
  • Attribution models
  • Conversion optimization
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Data-driven mindset

  • Financial services experience
