About the Role
Tymphany is a global leader in acoustic design and manufacturing, powering audio products across headphones, speakers, soundbars, and professional audio. We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer to own the mechanical design of our audio products — from concept and tooling through to mass production. You'll work hands-on with cross-functional teams and manufacturing partners to turn designs into shippable products.
What You'll Do
- Own mechanical design of audio products, including mold DFM evaluation and mold-trial reviews
- Create 2D mechanical drawings and build 3D models in Creo
- Assemble mechanical prototypes and drive testing, failure analysis, and design improvements
- Plan and arrange initial production processes
- Lead trial-run reviews and design revisions through to mass production
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues on the production line and during manufacturing
- Run design reviews with customers
- Work with suppliers on DFM, component issues, and standards definition
- Support new-project transfer to the factory, and work with PE on jigs/fixtures and manufacturing SOPs
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in at least one 3D CAD tool (Creo preferred)
- Solid command of MS Office and AutoCAD
- General ME knowledge of 3C / consumer electronics products
- Basic production-line experience
- Ability to communicate in English for technical discussions

- Experience with audio, acoustic, or wearable products
- Hands-on experience across plastic injection, sheet metal, and tooling processes
