Job Description
First impressions are important. As a mechanical engineer, you'll be working with multiple teams, including suppliers and manufacturers to deliver a product that is not only physically sound but visually pleasing and easy to use. You will: - Design the mechanical structure for products - Experiment and select suitable materials - Draw design diagrams for components - Work on and review mold designs, including cost/quality optimization - Review and improve existing mechanical designs
Requirements
You are expected to have: - Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Applied Mechanics or similar - Proficiency in Pro-E (Creo) or similar software - Experience in working with plastic molds and sheet metal We're targeting candidates with: - Familiarity with consumer electronics, enterprise rack server or surveillance related product designs - Expertise in plastics and metallurgy - 3 years or more experience in product design, especially with consumer electronics, enterprise rack server or surveillance related products - Experience in thermal simulation and design
