Job Description

We are looking for a motivated new college graduate to join our Mechanical Engineering team. This role will focus on server mechanical design, assembly fixture and jig design, product testing, and issue analysis. On-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

1.Design and develop assembly jigs, fixtures, and tooling for server products.

2.Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and technical specifications for jig and fixture designs.

3.Evaluate and improve jig and fixture functionality, accuracy, safety, and ease of use.

4.Support server assembly, prototype builds, and mechanical testing.

5.Conduct fit checks, functional verification, and test-result documentation.

6.Support jig fabrication, validation, implementation, and maintenance.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2. Recent graduates are welcome to apply; prior server industry experience is not required.

3. Basic knowledge of mechanical design, jig and fixture design, manufacturing processes, and tolerance analysis.

4. Familiarity with 3D CAD software, such as Creo, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD, is preferred.

5. Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

6. Basic English communication skills.

7. Hands-on project, internship, or mechanical design experience is a plus.
