Mechanical Engineer - Electric Vehicles and Components

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with experience in vehicle design, structural analysis, and high-performance EV systems. • Design and develop chassis, suspension, drivetrain, and structural components for off-road EVs.
• Perform FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD simulations for structural integrity, aerodynamics, and thermal performance.
• Develop lightweight yet durable materials solutions for high-performance applications.
• Optimize thermal management systems for batteries, motor controllers, and power electronics.
• Collaborate with electrical and software engineers to integrate mechanical and electronic systems.
• Prototype, test, and refine components in real-world off-road conditions.
• Ensure designs meet industry standards for durability, safety, and efficiency.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in chassis design, suspension systems, or electric drivetrain components.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or similar).
• Knowledge of FEA, CFD, and mechanical simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of material properties, composites, and structural optimization.
• Experience with thermal management systems for batteries and power electronics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative design and testing environment.
• Passion for off-road vehicles, motorsports, or high-performance EVs.

• Experience in motorsports, off-road racing, or heavy-duty vehicle engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, welding, and composite fabrication.
• Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).
• Hands-on experience with prototype fabrication, testing, and failure analysis.
