Job Description

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

• Customer SC score card performance

• Global Demand and Supply plan and rebalance

• MRP demand load to provide clear to build quantity for production

• Ensure to have clear visibility on materials over 16 weeks horizon by working with suppliers

• Identify all material issues, work with internal/external until issues get closed/resolved

• Supply allocation for maximize revenue

• PR Release and risk assessment

• Weekly Material Readiness report

• PR/PO Push/Pull review and action

• LT reduction

• Aged/Excess inventory reduction

• E & O management

• Logistics assignment

• Supply continuality – second source management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years related purchasing/supply chain experience.

-Great business communication skills (oral and written and strong interpersonal skills.

-Proven negotiation skills and solid knowledge of production and scheduling processes.

-Proficient with the procurement principles, practices and procedures and previous vendor management experience.

-Solid background with EMS within supply chain management and MRP know how.

-Advanced skills with Microsoft Office.

-Ability to work in dynamic, team-oriented, fast-paced, challenging environment. (Start-up company)
