Job Description

  • The Mass Management Team manages a large portfolio of existing sellers, leveraging AI-powered tools and scalable account management infrastructure to drive sustainable seller growth.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in Account Management, Project Management, Business Development, Business Analytics, Mass Communication, or Customer Service.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or workflow automation platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to collaborate across local and regional teams.
  • Comfortable conducting customer outreach through email, LINE, and phone while building strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data into actionable business insights.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and equipped with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and perform effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cross-border e-commerce or the retail industry.
  • Experience designing, testing, and operating AI workflows, including AI-assisted content generation, prompt engineering, prospect profiling, and workflow automation.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or LINE Official Account.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously.
  • Customer-facing experience with strong communication, relationship management, and influencing skills.

Job Responsibilities

AI-Assisted Seller Engagement Operations

  • Operate and continuously optimize the team's AI infrastructure to deliver mass communications, personalized outreach, and business insights via email and LINE.
  • Maintain and improve notification workflows, outreach templates, and trigger-based prioritization rules.
  • Analyze AI-generated account performance summaries to identify business trends and performance gaps, translating insights into actionable seller recommendations.
  • Manage seller engagement data, CRM workflows, and LINE tagging automation to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Analyze seller response patterns and continuously refine AI templates and automation triggers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach effectiveness and seller engagement conversion rates.
  • Track key operational and business metrics, including LINE binding rate, contact rate, campaign response rate, and overall business performance, while preparing weekly and monthly business reports.

Direct Seller Outreach

  • Conduct proactive outreach through email, LINE, and phone to priority sellers identified through AI-driven prioritization.
  • Provide consultative guidance based on account performance, recommended actions, and available business programs.
  • Build strong relationships with sellers through personalized communication and active listening, encouraging improvements in listing optimization, promotional participation, advertising adoption, and overall business performance.
  • Qualify seller inquiries and escalate high-priority cases to senior Account Managers when appropriate.

Seller Education & Go-to-Market Administration

  • Coordinate with internal trainers and cross-functional stakeholders to organize and administer seller training programs across internal and external platforms.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market content to promote seller education initiatives through email campaigns, websites, and social media channels.
