We are looking for an experienced enterprise MarTech, customer experience, and data platform engineer who will be responsible for supporting and delivering customer experience and marketing technology solutions for clients. This role works closely with client teams to implement, configure, and optimize customer data, journey, and engagement platforms, ensuring successful delivery and ongoing support.
What You'll Support Clients With
- Support client implementations of customer experience and marketing technology platforms
- Configure and manage customer data, segmentation, and engagement workflows
- Deliver and support customer journeys, campaigns, and personalization across channels
- Integrate marketing platforms with client systems and data sources
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver agreed outcomes
- Provide platform support, troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience implementing or operating enterprise customer engagement or marketing technology platforms (CDP, CRM, MarTech), such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Tealium, or Adobe Experience Platform
- Experience developing and configuring custom APIs and webhooks to integrate disparate systems within the marketing ecosystem, ensuring efficient data flows between platforms
- Background in identity resolution, segmentation, consent management, or privacy-first data architectures
- Strong interest or experience in AI tools, agent architecture, or prompt engineering
- Certified enterprise customer experience and data platform qualification is required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
- Experience working in a vendor, partner, or consulting environment is a plus
