We are looking for a self-motivated professional with 3–5 years of experience to join our communication team. You will be responsible for executing digital and event marketing strategies, maintaining our professional demo room, and ensuring efficient allocation of demo equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Event & Digital Marketing:

o Assist in planning and executing global exhibitions (e.g., IMC, MWC, Computex) and regional promotional events.

o Coordinate content development for digital platforms, including marketing collateral updates and website announcements.

o Track campaign performance and assist in consolidating marketing reports to provide insights into future strategy.

o Website maintenance and traffics monitoring, familiar with Google Analytics.

• Demo Room & Equipment Management:

o Manage the daily operations of our 5G solution demo room to ensure a seamless experience for visiting clients and partners.

o Coordinate equipment allocation and logistics, ensuring demo assets are available and in top condition for demonstrations.

• Operational Support:

o Maintain documentation and inventory records for marketing collateral and demo units.

o Assist in drafting communication materials and project-based administrative tasks.

Preferred Qulifications:

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a similar field.

• Skills:

o Hands-on experience with event coordination and digital marketing tools.

o Strong organizational skills with the patience to manage complex, multi-layered operations and schedules.

o Proficiency in report consolidation and data tracking.

• Communication: Basic professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) to support international exhibitions and stakeholder communication.
