We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Supervisor to lead user acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention strategies and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing analytics and consumer data tracking, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to maximize ROI across marketing channels, and enhance customer lifetime value.
Responsibilities:
- Drive customer acquisition: integrate marketing funnel metrics and optimize tracking mechanisms of key indicators, from impression, prospects to in-store traffic. Identify growth opportunities through data insights and execute actionable plans to improve performance.
- Drive customer retention: develop retention strategies and CRM frameworks, such as customer segmentation and loyalty programs.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with media planning, retail marketing, sales team, business intelligence and product teams to design growth campaigns/experiments to scale marketing efficiency.
- Marketing data tracking and intelligence: Track marketing metrics and build regular dashboards to provide insight into campaign performance, user behavior, and funnel efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making across teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital analytics, or growth marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, advertising platforms, and BI tools.
- Proven track record of optimizing paid media campaigns (e.g., Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliates).
- Experience with consumer data tracking, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools.
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation, retention analysis, and funnel optimization, including retail store performance evaluation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business impact.
