Marketing Supervisor

Ally Logistic Property (ALP) is Taiwan's leading and largest institutional logistics property developer, dedicated to providing sustainable, state-of-the-art logistics facilities that meet international standards. Over the past decade, ALP has developed and managed more than 800,000 sqm of warehouse space, with an additional 450,000 sqm currently under construction. Over 90% of their properties are occupied, with a significant share rented by multinational retail, commercial, and logistics companies. Leveraging its expertise in automated solutions, ALP has expanded its operations to Southeast Asia, extending its reach to countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore.

We are seeking a Marketing Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role located in Taiwan. The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, analyzing market trends, and managing a team of marketing professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing marketing initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing social media and digital marketing efforts, and evaluating campaign performance to meet business objectives. The role also includes maintaining relationships with stakeholders and contributing to brand growth and market expansion.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Marketing Strategy, Branding, and Campaign Development
• Expertise in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, and Content Creation
• Excellent skills in Market Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Performance Evaluation
• Proven experience in Team Leadership and Cross-functional Collaboration
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
• Experience in the logistics or real estate industry is a plus
