The department uses leading algorithm capabilities to accurately connect a large number of users and merchants, accurately matches needs and promotes transaction completion through recommendation, advertising and search algorithms, guarantees user experience and merchant rights, and achieves sustainable growth of revenue business based on profound technology accumulation, it builds efficient, intelligent, and reliable transaction and advertising products to comprehensively enhance revenue realization and market share in multiple industries. The self-service technical team is committed to building the industry's leading advertising business (ToB) intelligent sales, fully serving the growth of advertisers from operations to advertising, and also expected to bring more revenue to the platform 2. Main work content: throughout the customer life cycle (new acquisition, activation, retention, etc.), using Uplift modeling, causal inference, operational optimization algorithms, and increasing the number of active customers through various incentive types such as coupons and support.
Qualifications
1. Computer/operations research/statistics and other related professional background 2. Rich practical experience in machine learning/deep learning/operations research and optimization 3. Solid programming foundation, good programming style and work habits, proficiency in at least one language such as C/C++, Golang, Python, etc. 4. Passionate, not afraid of difficulties, willing to challenge, have good sense of teamwork, understanding and communication skills, and the ability to solve problems independently.
