Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Execution- Plan and execute offline and online events such as workshops, school visits, info sessions, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics, venue bookings, materials, and on-site setup.
- Work with schools, partners, and communities to develop engagement opportunities.
- Track event attendance, collect feedback, and report event performance.
2. Social Media Management- Manage Prep Edu's social media channels (IG, Line Official Account, TikTok, Facebook).
- Create and schedule content aligned with local needs and brand guidelines.
- Work with the Social Lead and Creative Team to produce visuals, captions, and short-form videos.
- Actively monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions.
3. Content & Campaign Execution- Support local marketing campaigns such as product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Localize global content into Traditional Chinese when needed.
- Assist with finding student stories, testimonials, and UGC creators.
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
4. Collaboration & CrossFunctional Support- Work closely with the Market Lead, Sales/Admission, and Social team to align messaging and market priorities.
- Coordinate with external vendors, creators, and school partners.
- Support PR, influencer activities, and community partnerships when required.
5. Reporting & Insights- Monitor social media performance using key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth).
- Prep Edu weekly and monthly reports for the Taiwan market.
- Use data insights to recommend improvement ideas for content and campaigns.
Requirements1. Language SkillsFluent in Traditional Chinese; and working proficiency in English.
2. Experience:
- 1 to 3 years experience in marketing, social media, event coordination, or related fields.
- Experience in education, consumer apps, or youthfocused industries is a plus.
3. Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills and creative mindset.
- Active on social media and familiar with Taiwan's digital trends.
- Basic design or editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar) preferred.
