*This is a hybrid role. You will be required to report to and from our Taiwan office.
What You'll Do
Sales & Community
- Shape our daily presence across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms that move culture in Taiwan.
- Champion sales from end to end outreach, cold calling, showroom follow-ups, B2B conversations, quotations, and guiding clients all the way to purchase.
- Serve as an agile voice for our community offering quick, thoughtful responses and helping customers feel understood, supported, and excited.
- Lead and support creator collaborations, handling outreach, coordination, briefing, and content flow.
Content
- Assist in building content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, local storytelling, and the rhythm of the Taiwan market.
- Capture or coordinate fast, social-first content shifting quickly when ideas strike or opportunities surface.
- Adapt global content for Taiwan, refining tone, speed, and style to fit the way people here watch, scroll, and share.
Digital & Sales Support
- Help us understand what truly moves our audience what sparks curiosity, what drives conversion, and what builds long-term loyalty.
- Track weekly performance across reach, engagement, growth, and standout content to help steer creative and sales decisions.
- Support light updates on campaigns or website content; Shopify familiarity is a plus.
- Guide clients through order placement, B2B quotes, and after-sales needs with calm clarity and care.
What We're Looking For
- Someone who thrives on momentum a self-starter who sees opportunities before they're obvious and acts on them.
- A problem solver who can navigate challenges in real time, think creatively, and go beyond predictable solutions.
- A curious mind with a strong appetite for technology, digital culture, and the newest shifts in ecommerce.
- 2+ years in marketing, social media, digital content, or sales.
- Fluent in Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends in Taiwan.
- Hands-on, fast, adaptable equally comfortable closing a sale, shooting quick content, or refining a caption.
- Trilingual preferred: English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese Hokkien.

- Shopify experience
- Relationships with KOLs or creators in Taiwan
- An interest in furniture, design, culture, or lifestyle
- Experience in sales-driven or B2B environments
