We are looking to add to our Marketing and Communications team:

1) Marketing Operations Coordinator

We have an opening for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging professional services environment. You will be joining our Marketing Operations Team, an integral part of our dynamic Marketing & Client Services function.

Key Role:

  • Manage our Firm's Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and ensure data is kept up to date
  • Collate and update the Firm's credentials database
  • Coordinate e-mail marketing for client events and legal updates
  • Assist in the assessment of marketing opportunities
  • Support media monitoring and reporting
  • Process claims and assist in the department's budgeting process
  • Coordinate gift requests and membership renewals
  • Provide events and other administrative support to the MCS team

Skills & experience desired:

  • Diploma and above in marketing or a business-related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution
  • A minimum of two years of working experience in marketing coordination, budget monitoring or team administration
  • Familiarity with database systems and CRM administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills with excellent attention to details

2) Marketing and Communications Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Key Role:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies to enhance the Firm's profile, ensuring consistent branding, engagement and alignment with the Firm's strategic priorities and guidelines.
  • Lead the planning, coordination and execution of the Firm's internal and external events, including conferences, client events, seminars, networking events, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Write and develop impactful content in multiple formats to include editorial articles, videos/webinars, marketing brochures, infographics, event collateral, website copy, social media posts, amongst others.
  • Manage the Firm's digital presence, including social media platforms.
  • Oversee media monitoring reports, including curation, compilation, and timely dissemination
  • Manage the Firm's external communications, including media engagement, press releases, media enquiries and public relations initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the media and coordinate all media requests and activities.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and external vendors for marketing projects.
  • Perform any duties related to the production of content.

Skills & experience desired:

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communications or a related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, public relations or events, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Proven experience managing marketing projects and events.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior management and external partners. Experience in team management would be advantageous.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms, digital marketing initiatives and website content management.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with an eye for design and branding.
  • Good working knowledge of online platforms, video, social media and SEO concepts.
  • Strong ability to communicate and present ideas.
  • Familiar with the usage of technological tools and digital platforms.
  • Meticulous, excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of Canva, Adobe Suite, Adobe Premiere Rush/Pro, DaVinci Resolve would be advantageous.
