Marketing Operation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing and growth campaigns

• Manage official social media channels including X, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Facebook

• Create content and grow brand awareness across platforms

• Organise community campaigns to increase user engagement and drive product sales

• Track campaign and platform data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements

• Create marketing materials such as decks, brochures, and product sheets

• Support events, launches, partnerships, and promotional activities

• Work closely with Product and Tech teams to support company growth Use AI tools to improve content creation, research, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, operations, or growth roles

• Strong English communication skills and seeking candidates proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients

• Familiar with social media platforms, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, and analytics tools

• Strong AI tool proficiency (AI Agents experience is a plus)

• Data-driven mindset with strong execution ability

• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in tech, Web3, SaaS, telecom, or startup environments is an advantage
