Marketing Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to drive social media and digital marketing activities across its consumer brands.

The role covers end-to-end marketing, from strategy and campaign planning to execution, performance tracking and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across relevant digital channels.
• Own social media content strategy, calendars and campaign direction.
• Develop engaging content for lifestyle, home, kitchen, retail and e-commerce products.
• Manage and optimise paid and organic social media campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and KPIs including reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, CAC and ROAS.
• Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements to targeting, content, channels and budgets.
• Work with designers, content creators, KOLs, agencies and external partners to execute campaigns.
• Manage influencer and creator collaborations where relevant.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, customer acquisition and engagement.
• Manage marketing budgets and campaign timelines.
• Guide and mentor junior marketing team members.
• Stay updated on social media trends and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or related disciplines.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media marketing or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign planning and execution.
• Experience translating business objectives into marketing strategies and measurable KPIs.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, CTR and engagement.
• Experience analysing campaign performance and making data-driven optimisation decisions.
• Hands-on experience managing social media channels and content strategy.
• Experience with paid social media and digital advertising platforms.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
• Good communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
