About Partipost

Partipost is an influencer marketing platform that enables brands to launch impactful word-of-mouth campaigns with everyday people. Backed by Pavilion Capital (Temasek), iGlobe Partners, and Taiwan Mobile, weve helped over 6000 brands connect with genuine voices since launching.

Partipost is looking for a data-driven Marketing Manager to significantly expand our user base across Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia. This role focuses on acquiring and retaining users (influencers/KOCs), optimizing their lifecycle, and fostering long-term engagement. You&aposll drive marketing efforts, collaborating across teams to achieve our growth targets in a fast-paced environment.

What You&aposll Do:

  • Drive User Growth & Community Building: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to acquire and retain users across all four markets. This includes identifying and testing new user acquisition channels, optimizing the entire user lifecycle for engagement and satisfaction, and fostering an engaged and loyal Partipost user community.
  • Optimize Performance: Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights for commercial success. You&aposll analyze performance data to improve acquisition, activation, and retention, and manage dashboards to track KPIs, recommending key optimizations.
  • Manage Projects & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Oversee growth initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment and timely execution. You&aposll lead operational workflows, working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to implement growth strategies.

What We&aposre Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in user growth, digital marketing, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing, ideally within the influencer marketing, social media, or mobile app industry, with a focus on Southeast Asia and Greater China markets.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong ability to interpret complex data, translate it into actionable strategies, and conduct competitive research within the creator economy.
  • Community-Focused & Commercial: Exceptional communication skills to work across diverse teams, with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, and a proven ability to build and engage influencer and affiliate communities.
  • Results-Oriented: A track record of successfully optimizing campaigns and processes, thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication: Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese is preferred, particularly for engaging with both English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
