MARKETING MANAGER

Job Description

Pabna Restaurant Pte. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to support and grow our Bangladeshi restaurant business in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness, attracting new customers, and supporting business growth for our authentic Bangladeshi cuisine and catering services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including corporate clients, catering customers, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead negotiations and manage relationships with suppliers, business partners, event organizers, and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer preferences, food industry trends, and competitor activities to support business growth.
• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to increase restaurant sales, customer visits, catering orders, and brand presence.
• Promote the restaurant's authentic Bangladeshi cuisine, traditional dishes, bakery products, and catering services through suitable marketing channels.
• Work closely with internal teams, including kitchen, operations, service staff, and management, to execute marketing and business growth plans.
• Prepare business proposals, marketing plans, presentations, promotional materials, and partnership agreements.
• Identify opportunities for restaurant promotions, events, food delivery partnerships, and corporate catering services.
• Monitor the performance of marketing and business development initiatives and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners while developing new customer networks.
• Support the management in expanding the company's market presence and strengthening the restaurant's position in the Singapore food and beverage industry.
