Marketing Manager

This role is responsible for BJT(Bipolar Junction Transistor) & Gate Driver products demand creation and understanding its trends, competitive dynamics, technological advancements, and future market demand. Strong communication skills and self-motivation are paramount

Key Responsibility

Make training presentations to introduce product portfolio and device

Characteristics for Asia FAE/Sales persons and customers

Promote new products and better solutions for customer project application

Be familiar with evaluation of products cost price, GPM and shipping allocation

Kick off new products and initiate NPBA documents

Immediately respond and explain any confusions and problems that customers suffered such as electrical data , datasheet issues

Closely cooperate with BU to define market strategy for FAE and Sales persons ( TW, China, Korea, Japan,etc)

Qualifications

a. 5 years /equivalent of Marketing or FAE related field experience

b. Must possess experience in the electronics industry, sharp market insight, and the ability to independently solve problems.

c. Good conduct product competition analysis, evaluate and plan new products, and engage in strategic negotiations

d. Must collect and analyze data from overseas markets, and perform industry competition analysis and market research.

e. Good plan product marketing strategies and provide sales tools (e.g., product catalogs, competitive comparisons, etc.).

f. Patient, meticulous, diligent, proactive, and passionate about work
