Job Description
- General Marketing 1.1. Plan and implement effective marketing and communication plan to achieve the objectives set in terms of turnover, market share and marketing & communication budget. 1.2. Liaise with retail partners marketing teams to develop strategic co-op marketing programmes. 1.3. Use all available marketing and communication tools to develop and maximize the brand awareness. 1.4. Prepare and control the marketing & communication budget at all times.
- Advertising 2.1. Develop and implement strategic yearly & monthly online & offline media plans in alignment with Headquarters online & offline advertising strategy, with the support of the appointed media agency, to enhance and further elevate the brand positioning/awareness in the market. 2.2. Liaise with retailer to develop and implement effective yearly & monthly coop offline media plans in alignment with companys strategy, with the support of the appointed media agency, to maximize the media investment and strengthen the brand visibility in the market. 2.3. Liaise with the appointed advertising agency for generating regular online and offline analysis including reports of performance optimization and competitive reviews in order to propose effective advertising strategies. 2.4. Liaise and build strong relationships with external parties (retail partners marketing teams, appointed online & offline agencies and media sales representatives) to continuously upgrade the advertising positions at the best rates to the brand. 2.5. Explore creative and prominent new media opportunities. 2.6. Prepare and manage the advertising budgets for the brand and retailers coop plans.
- Public Relations 3.1. Prepare press materials and distributing to local press 3.2. Prepare monthly PR clipping reports. 3.3. Update the press list on a regular basis 3.4. Explore, develop and implement creative social media campaigns that is consistent with the global brands guidelines.
- Marketing Collateral: 4.1. Support and liaise with retail to implement and monitor the collateral material order and distribution plan to ensure visual consistency among all channles 4.2. Monitor the collateral inventory list on a regular basis. 4.3. Prepare and manage the collateral budget.
- Events 5.1. Assist in planning and organising all types of events. 5.2. Coach the junior subordinates to prepare and implement all the events. 5.3. Maintain good relationship and work hand in hand with business partners and retailers for event planning and implementation 5.4. Explore and identify potential event partners to drive sales and traffic to AP boutiques.
- Others 6.1. Provide support for ad hoc marketing and PR projects when required. 6.2. Assist in organizing the GCR monthly call conference.
Qualifications
- 7 years luxury marketing and event management working experience
- Strong communication and presentation skill
- A good team player with proactive attitude and always think out of box, detail oriented
- Proficiency in both written & spoken English and Chinese
- Strong PC skills in MS Office, Excel and Power Point
