Job Description

Job Summary

We seek a passionate brand marketer with strong digital skills and interest in AI-powered tools to drive brand growth and engagement through innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned brands and products to ensure consistent positioning and execution across all marketing channels
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, consumer engagement, and business growth
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies including social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns
  • Manage social media platforms and content calendars to maintain a strong, engaging brand presence
  • Create and oversee marketing content across online and offline channels by collaborating with designers, agencies, and content creators
  • Leverage AI-enabled creative tools and emerging technologies to improve content creation and marketing efficiency
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies
  • Manage influencer and KOL collaborations, partnerships, and track campaign performance
  • Plan and execute events, roadshows, activations, and brand-building initiatives to enhance visibility and consumer engagement
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness through performance analysis and recommend improvements to maximize ROI and marketing impact
  • Manage marketing budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and campaign performance
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and business partners to ensure timely and successful marketing execution
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, market developments, and key business insights
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, digital platforms, and industry best practices
  • Support ad-hoc marketing projects and other duties as assigned by superiors

Qualifications

  • Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, or relevant studies
  • Fresh graduates welcome or candidates with relevant B2C marketing experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of Social Media, WordPress, Google Ads, and AI tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative and flexible with strong attention to detail

Salary: S$2800 - S$3500
Working Days: Mon - Fri (8am to 5pm)
Location: Gul Avenue (shutter bus pickup from Jurong East)
