Job Responsibility
- Adapt, plan, and executive the marketing campaigns in PR and e-PR category with managing the NR, media relationship, and KOL/Celeb relationship to maximize the brand need exposure on different online and offline media platforms.
- To plan and manage PR related event to maximize the media exposure from online to offline.
- To manage the seeding package, from planning to delivery to create the best social buzz.
- To handle the seasonal sample with media, KOL, celebrities, and stakeholders to meet the brand need exposure and seek new proper exposure opportunities.
- Consolidating the PR reports with accurate information on time.
- Monitor the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly PR clippings and provide the findings.
- Collect and process department payment and update the department finance plan on monthly basis.
- Managing the product related assets download and adaptation to support the brand need from online to offline.
- Work on the tag translation verification and cooperate with cross function to deliver correct brand messages in consistent tone and manner.
- To consolidate department regular report including financial report and support marketing ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years marketing experience with both experience in PR agencies and international corporates.
- Experienced in handling large SKU volume with high complexity products.
- Excellent communication skill. A team-player, able to work as part of a cross-function/cross-market team.
- Build good relationship with internal stakeholders and external 3-parties to achieve the shared goals and mutual benefits.
- Time management skill, ability to work under high pressure to meet firm deadlines within a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Knowing how to get things done from complexity to simplicity
- Demonstrate rapid execution with quality and sophisticated interpersonal skills for acceleration of digital transformation
- Passionate entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter mentality with strong analytical skills.
- Able to embrace changes and willing to take challenges and be exposed in marketing activities beyond digital.
- Good command of business English is a plus.
- Must be a jeans/apparel lover. Good sense of beauty, fashion and art. Working experience in related industry is a plus.
