Key Responsibilities
In charge of BOP&MEN franchise
Implement and manage franchises quarterly plans, ensure continued momentum of key products with creative marketing initiatives.
Leverage insights from product performance, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour to support brand growth and enhance consumer loyalty.
Collect and analyse consumer and market insights, along with competitor strategies, to provide actionable recommendations to management.
Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to deliver integrated and engaging consumer brand experiences. Good understanding of media (especially digital/social media) for creating SOV; in addition, good knowledge of CRM for trade-up & maintain customer loyalty.
Execute the retail strategy in close collaboration with the retail and education teams, ensuring the effective implementation of retail materials (services, advice, etc.).
Execute offline events and podium, e.g. MEN's make over event, to enhance product visibility and engage consumers through immersive brand experiences.
Requirements
More than 2 years of marketing experience in the beauty industry, preferably in skincare category.
Familiarity with digital media strategy and execution is preferred.
Demonstrate strong entrepreneurship and full of creativity.
Possess strategic thinking with good execution skills.
The ability to handle a multitude of projects and issues at one time.
Good time management and ensure quality output to meet deadline.
Eager to take challenges and can work under pressure at a fast-paced environment.
