About The Role

As Taiwan Marketing Director, you're missioned to build and accelerate the business in an exciting spirit category and continue our leadership against the growing competition and sustaining to be the most preferable choice to consumer in every drinking occasions.

You will work with Greater China Marketing Director and Taiwan Commercial Head to define and lead the long-term brand strategy, activation plans to deliver joint business goal (sales, customer marketing, commercial finance, and global brand teams).

You will be based in Taipei and with irregular travel requirement domestically and internationally.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Taiwan, aligned with regional and global brand priorities.
    • Lead annual brand planning, including budget allocation, KPI setting, and performance tracking.
  • Brand Management & Growth
    • Drive brand equity, market share, and profitable growth across key portfolios.
    • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and on-/off-trade channels.
    • Ensure strong and consistent brand positioning in the local market.
  • Commercial Partnership
    • Work closely with Sales and Commercial teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
    • Translate market insights into actionable plans to drive revenue and distribution.
    • Consumer & Market Insights
    • Leverage data, insights, and trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.
    • Champion a consumer-centric and insight-driven marketing approach.
  • Innovation & Execution Excellence
    • Lead product innovation development, launches, and portfolio optimization.
    • Ensure best-in-class execution of campaigns and activations in-market.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with regional/global teams to adopt best practices and ensure alignment.
    • Manage external partners including agencies, media, and research vendor
Experience / Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experiences in equivalent roles preferably in, consumer goods, or beverages. TBA (Total Beverage Alcohol) category experience is preferred.
  • Rounded experiences in brand building, P&L management, driving business growth including market share gains.
  • Strong understanding of Taiwan market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and media landscape.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with regional/global stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influence capabilities.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
