Job Description

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.
2. Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
3. Manage the company's social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing activities.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
5. Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
6. Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with recommendations for improvement.
7. Collaborate with sales, operations, and external agencies to achieve marketing objectives.
8. Create and oversee marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and stakeholders.
10. Lead and supervise the marketing team to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, SEO, and SEM.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
