We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented
Marketing Coordinator to join the growing team in our Taipei office. Your primary duty will be to produce marketing materials and work on layouts ready for print. You will also manage marketing materials and prepare them for sales visits, conferences, and direct mailer campaigns.
As part of a delivery team, you will work across the marketing mix, executing marketing campaigns and projects for several international brands.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Branding and Design team to work on designs ready for production
- Source and procure marketing materials
- Proofread content to ensure accuracy and high-quality output
- Maintain accurate inventory status and upkeep the condition of the equipment
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships
- Ensure effective and on-time shipment deliveries
- Execute Direct Mailer campaigns
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a coordinator role, preferably in marketing or a related field
- A keen eye for detail
- Quick learner with the ability to execute tasks efficiently
- Strong teamwork and project management skills
- Good time management and problem-solving abilities
- Native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with an international team
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with graphics editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign mainly)
- Familiar with international shipping and customs regulations
- Understanding of visual elements (layout, typography, and font)
- Knowledge of print production processes
