Responsibilities:
- Own and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to drive qualified leads and enrolment.
- Manage performance marketing channels (SEO, Google Ads, paid social, email) with clear ROI accountability.
- Optimise the full customer journey from awareness to conversion through data-driven decision-making.
- Track, analyse, and improve campaign performance using analytics tools and actionable insights.
- Lead the strategy and execution of flagship events including school fairs, seminars, and private consultations.
- Design events as conversion drivers, not just brand activities.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery, including planning, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site execution.
- Develop and implement high-touch communication strategies (including WhatsApp and email) to nurture prospective families.
- Build engagement journeys that improve conversion, retention, and overall client experience.
- Work closely with admissions and leadership to align marketing efforts with business targets.
- Take ownership of marketing initiatives with a strong focus on outcomes and accountability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor'sdegreeineventmanagement,marketing,education,orrelateddisciplines.
- GoodcommandofEnglishandChinese(CantoneseandPutonghua).
- 6years'provenexperienceineventmanagementandprojectmanagementexperienceinorganizingexhibitionsisabigadvantage.
- Solid experience in Education or Immigration Consultant field preferred.
