About the Role< /p>

Responsible for business promotion and human resources development, ensuring the effective implementation of business development plans, organizing various marketer activities, conference management, personnel motivation and coaching, and cooperating with other daily affairs.

1. Business promotion and human resources development

. According to the department's business development plan, coordinate and promote various business development projects, such as business competitions , recruitment projects, etc., to ensure their effective implementation

. Organize various marketing activities, such as entrepreneurial briefings, customer appreciation meetings, product lectures, etc., and assist the person in charge of the Operations and Management Office to promote the company's production capacity Promotion and human resources development

. Meeting management: Through morning meetings and evening meetings, organize business supervisor meetings, daily and annual related planning meetings, etc., convey company information to insurance salespeople, exchange business experience, and assist Marketers formulate business development plans and provide support

. Personnel motivation and coaching: understand marketers needs in a timely manner through interviews, coaching, etc., and encourage them to increase production capacity

. Editing and updating , Make branch posters, bulletin board information, carry out workplace layout and maintenance of related facilities, and create a good workplace culture.

2. Collaborate on daily internal and external affairs processing:

. Collect opinions and suggestions from insurance salespeople through meetings or personal interviews

. Follow up and process Disputes, special approval applications, appeals, disciplinary/operational consultations and inquiries of marketers

. Follow up on contract assessment and termination of marketers and business managers

. Arrange and handle Daily affairs of the branch, and promptly answer sales staff's questions about rules and regulations

. Assist branch managers in promotion, assessment and tracking work

. Supervise sales quality of sales staff and abnormal business behavior management

. Assist the branch business administration department to complete the entry and exit procedures for marketers

. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Bachelor degree or above

5years of relevant work experience

Systematic business management structure and knowledge of the insurance operating environment
