Timo is looking for a detail-oriented and curious Market Research Intern (Taiwan) to support our analysis of social app trends in the Taiwanese market. Responsibilities
Competitor Analysis
- Research popular social apps in Taiwan
- Focus on features like 1v1 private chat and voice rooms
- Review user experience, interface design, and engagement strategies
Market Trends & User Behavior
- Study user preferences and social media usage in Taiwan
- Understand how users interact with app features
Regulatory & Compliance Research
- Look into local laws (e.g., data privacy, content moderation)
- Ensure product follows Taiwanese regulations
Reporting & Insights
- Create clear, detailed market research reports
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin
- Previous internship or project experience in market research, competitor analysis, or digital/social media operations.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities; skilled in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Clear communication and team collaboration skills.
- A strong interest in social apps and digital product trends in Taiwan.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
