Your day will revolve around decoding maritime market trends, engaging with key stakeholders like shipowners and port operators, and shaping strategies that position Siemens Energy as a trusted partner in Asia Pacific's evolving maritime landscape.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Analyze maritime sector trends, customer needs, and decision-making dynamics across APAC, with a focus on ships, ports, FPSOs, and floating power.
  • Assess market potential for Siemens Energy's offerings and identify strategic growth opportunities in the maritime domain.
  • Map key stakeholders including shipowners, charterers, port operators, regulators, consultants, and shipyards; develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Gather and synthesize business intelligence to inform strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
  • Produce regular market insight reports to guide internal stakeholders and support business development.
  • Build awareness of Siemens Energy's value proposition among maritime customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage selected key customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Represent Siemens Energy in industry forums and engagements to strengthen market positioning.

What You Bring


  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the maritime industry across commercial, business development, strategy, or technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of maritime sector dynamics, including regulatory, operational, and technological trends.
  • Proven ability to develop market strategies and manage complex stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Experience working across diverse markets in the Asia Pacific region is highly desirable.
