Job Role & Responsibilities: -
- Support production trading applications and systems in line with Taiwan exchange hours.
- Monitor system health and performance to ensure high availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application or infrastructure-related incidents.
- Maintain documentation for incidents, solutions, and standard procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Participate in rotating shifts and weekend support as required.
Job Skills & Requirements: -
- Education: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years in technology support).
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Understanding of network operations and IT infrastructure
- Independent, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- Shift-based role aligned with Taiwan market hours
- Weekend work may be required as part of the support schedule
