Job Description

Position Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various departments to support product pricing, conduct experience studies, analyze business strategies, and prepare special quotations for life and health businesses.
  • Gain hands-on experience in traditional actuarial valuation under evolving financial reporting requirements.
  • Support actuarial oversight functions in the regional office, providing high-quality analysis of business performance to senior management.
  • Assist the actuarial team of Hong Kong's retirement business in pricing new and existing pension businesses, providing high-quality financial reports to management teams.
  • Support risk management functions by implementing risk controls and highlighting key risks to senior management.

Required Qua lifications

  • Undergraduate student majoring in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or risk management.
  • A self-starter who is adaptable and eager to learn.
  • Strong academic performance.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of statistical software or programming languages is an advantage.

Internship Period

We are recruiting for the following internship periods:

  • H1 2027 Intake: January 2027 - July 2027
  • H2 2027 Intake: July 2027 - January 2028
